With BlueForMe, you can conveniently set reminders for medications and appointments, track your steps and monitor your progress over time. The app also provides personalized health recommendations to support your overall well-being. The best part is that it comes at no additional cost to you.

BlueForMe is compatible with Apple Health for certain care programs, including step count tasks.

The app is primarily designed for educational purposes and as a tool to provide support between healthcare provider visits. If you are enrolled in an eligible care program, you may be able to connect a glucometer to share readings with your care management team.
